Aljuwan Community

The Al Juwan Residential Community is conceived as a new residential neighbourhood immediately north east of Greater Riyadh. The goal is to provide a community of affordable housing that is diverse in housing typologies and provides the full range of community facilities that will support the evolving needs of Saudi society

With a projected population of 19,930 permanent residents, the bulk of the community would be devoted to residential uses. Single family villas form the majority of the residential neighborhoods with 2.449 units, and the rest of the residential is comprised of 934 townhouse units and 942 apartment units.

Five town centers create a nucleus of convenience shopping, mosques, schools and other community facilities that provide local services and amenities for residents. Hyper Market retail would act as a regional draw for the community. Located in the easily accessible lower plateau of the site immediately adjacent to the highway.
